Expectations and Policies
The following general policies are a guide for what to expect at Carrboro Massage Therapy. Individual therapists may have policies specific to his or her practice, which will be explained during the initial session.
Scheduling
Online booking is now available. If you prefer, you can call or email directly the therapist with whom you would like to schedule. To have a therapist recommended to you, email info@carrboromassagetherapy.com.Rates
Rates for massage are $75 per hour, $90 for 75 minutes, and $105 for 90 minute sessions. Any change in rates for additional services will be communicated to you before your session. Professionalism
Carrboro Massage Therapy maintains a professional environment. We ask that clients and therapists demonstrate behavior appropriate to a healthcare setting.Confidentiality
We understand and respect your concerns regarding your privacy, therefore, client information is kept strictly confidential in accordance with The North Carolina Board of Massage and Bodywork Therapy regulations. A client's information will not be shared with outside parties.Treatment Times
Sessions begin and end at scheduled times. We ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled treatment. If you arrive late, it may not be possible to extend your treatment.Cancellation Policy
To make session times available for all clients, please give 24 hour advance notice to cancel or reschedule your session. If you are late or cancel without 24 hours notice you will be charged the full amount of your scheduled treatment (unless it's an emergency).Payment Options
